Technology

The pasteurisation is a microbiological stabilisation process in order to satisfy two key points:
• very good quality;
• long shelf-life.

Thanks to a specific thermal treatment, any deteriorative processes, caused by enzymes and microorganisms, are prevented, keeping the chemic-physical and organoleptic features of the product and giving it a variable “shelf life” from few days to many months.
Sanitization and thermal exchange are principles on which A DUE develops its own projects.

Modularity

Thanks to a modular design of its own systems, A DUE assures the integrability, in any moment, of auxiliary systems like:
• Vacuum de-aerators with aromas recovery;
• Homogenizers;
• Product recovery/re-dosing tanks;
• Aseptic tanks;
• Integrated CIP.

The above concepts are applied to PLC, PC and supervision systems programming, which, opportunely integrated through Profibus and Ethernet nets, are the base for the complete automation of the process systems.
