Technology

A DUE process systems for final soft drink preparation have the following technological elements:
• water deaeration and dosage;
• syrup dosage;
• CO2 dosage;
• blending;
• storage in pressure;
• °Bx automatic adjusting of finished drink and total product recovery.

To realize what above, A DUE offers three types of machines, differing for:
• dosing systems (mechanical / electronic);
• flow meters (mass / volumetric);
• control systems (CO2, °Bx analysers);
• management systems (PLC / PC / electro-mechanical).

Modularity

A DUE offers a large range of accessories, like:
• °Bx and CO2 analyse, recording and correction instruments;
• double water deaeration (vacuum + CO2);

• heat exchangers for product / water.

The above concepts are applied to PLC, PC and supervision systems programming, which, opportunely integrated through Profibus and Ethernet nets, are the base for the complete automation of the process systems.
