Description
- Compact dimensions unit on a self-supporting frame, easy to install and needs small space.
- DINAMIX replaces the batch dissolving unit and, under the same hourly production, requests a dissolving chamber whit a volume equal to 1/10 of the batch method.
- Adjustable flow rate and °Bx.
- Total product recovery.
Automation
Automation run by the PLC for the control of start up, emptying with syrup recovery and CIP washing operations with a considerable manpower saving.
The system is, besides, auto-regulating and any possible anomaly, water lack, sugar lack is displayed by the system
It is expected a continuous monitoring by means of a refractometer with °Bx and process temperature recording,
