Like the vision system EASY.SherpaV (IT patent), designed to assist the syrup room operators in their work, avoiding errors in the manual loading of ingredients during the beverage preparation.
Especially suitable for liquid and powder minor ingredients (such as flavors, preservatives, thickeners, antioxidants, …) that are typically added manually to the recipe, EASY.SherpaV checks the ingredient directly on the loading point through fixed cameras which scan the ingredient barcode.
In this way the operator is sure to load the right product in the right place at the right time, without increasing the recipe preparation time.
Our core technologies include beverage preparation plants and process water treatment and recovery systems, under the control and supervision of our proprietary EASY.Drive SCADA developed on IGNITION® Platform.
