Great success of EASY.Tech at Drinktec 2017

During the recent Drinktec exhibition A DUE successfully presented the new EASY.Tech range of beverage processing plants and equipment, automated and interconnected, designed for 4.0 industry.

In fact, the EASY.Tech range is distinguished by centralization and preservation of the information, analysis and use of the collected data aimed at the performance and cost optimization, Human and Machine interaction through touch sensitive screen, connectivity. Among multiple efficiency benefits are better understanding, a greater customization, product traceability and quality as well as reduced wastes and maintenance costs.

All this was made possible by EASY.Drive, the new SCADA developed by a team of experts in beverage processing, which is the core of all A DUE systems.

EASY.Drive allows monitoring and total control of the industrial process, traceability of each operation performed: key events of the plant are therefore always available, via tablets and smartphones as well. The new graphics and multiple surfing mode ensure an immediate and intuitive understanding of the system functionality.

EASY.Drive can be empowered through the installation of dedicated customized systems: DIAGNOSTIC AND MAINTENANCE package for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and alarm reports, as well as predictive maintenance of components subject to wear; PLANT INTELLIGENCE package, allowing to measure raw materials and calculate the plant performance indicators KPIs for Availability, Quality and Yield.

EASY.Drive also provides:

possibility to assign different authorization level to each user, with increasing degree of access to SCADA functionality;
user fingerprint recognition;
access to the system with the same company user PW through the LDAP protocol;
MES/ERP connection to the customer management software, so that production orders can be directly sent to the plant.

Remote Access via VPN by A DUE technicians is guaranteed as usual, for immediate assistance, should such a need arise.
