A DUE has drawn up this OHS POLICY, in order to clearly outline its vision on health and safety at work and its commitment to the continuous improvement of health and safety conditions at work.
A DUE has developed its own ESG Plan to assess and enhance its performance in the areas of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), integrating these criteria into the Company’s overall strategy.
CSR AWARDS
A DUE took part in Corporate Social Responsibility evaluations organized by ECOVADIS on behalf of one of the biggest Coca Cola bottlers worldwide, achieving the same excellent results already obtained during the SEDEX audit.
ACTIONS IN FAVOUR OF THE QUALITY OF WORKING LIFE

A DUE adopts work-life balance and corporate welfare measures policies. As a means of professional and personal growth of its staff, A DUE promotes refresher courses and other training opportunities, such as participation in sector trade fairs and to “A DUE Learning Lab” meetings, periodical moments of study and discussion on technological topics.

THE A DUE ❤ PARMA PROJECT
Under the icon of The Baptistery of Parma, the project embrace a series of cultural, artistic and solidarity initiatives undertaken by A DUE in the area.
CHARITY
For many years, A DUE has been supporting the Non-Governmental Organisation “Parma per gli Altri” the “Shelallà school” project and the “Honey of Ethiopia” initiative.
A DUE supports the “Giocamico” association, which provides psychological support to ill children and their family, and AIRC – Foundation for Cancer Research NGO.
A DUE also sponsors, with smaller but regular contributions, various local associations, such as the town band, the local tourist board, the Italian Association of Volunteer Blood and the local ambulance service.
YOUNG PEOPLE
A DUE believes in the importance of sports for young people and its educational and developmental purposes, supporting the Nuotatori Fornovo swimming club and other youth sports associations.
A DUE promotes a culture of technology among young people by engaging with schools and universities and hosting internships and traineeships.
A DUE organizes technical training sessions called “A DUE Learning Lab” at its headquarters, open also to schools and universities.
A DUE participates in the “Job Day” event organized by the University of Parma to support post-university career orientation.
